Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 380, 436, 153, 332, 333, 307, 153, 405, 379/511, 186, 188, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The petitioners are members of the mob, protesting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12011 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 against the accidental death of Nutan Kumari. It is alleged that petitioners and others who were involved in the protest, turned violent and blocked the road, as a result the police resorted to firing to maintain law and order situation.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
