Patna High Court CWJC No.4614 of 2017 (2) dt.20-06-2018 dated 22.02.2017 passed in Case No.45 of 2016 by the respondent-State Election Commissioner whereby the petitioner has been removed from his elected post of Member, Panchayat Samiti of Kishanpur block from Gram Panchayat Raj-Nawapakhar and further, for a direction to allow the petitioner to function as elected Member, Panchayat Samiti of the said Gram Panchayat.
