2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3079 of 2024.

3. By order dated 24.01.2024, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court with a condition that he will deposit Rs. 85,000/- in Ujjiwan Small Finance Bank, Kalambag Road, Muzaffarpur.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to deposit the aforesaid amount as he belongs to Below Poverty Line.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20588 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 the petitioner, the condition of depositing Rs. 85,000/- in the aforesaid Bank as a condition for bail is recalled and the petitioner is not required to deposit Rs. 85,000/- in the Bank. The rest part of the condition i.e., marking his attendance in Bela Police Station, Muzaffarpur shall remain unchanged.

6. The order dated 24.01.2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

7. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner shall be released on bail as per order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3079 of 2024.

8. This application is allowed with the aforesaid modification.
