The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2012 for the offence registered under Section 366 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner alongwith Amresh Kumar kidnapped his minor daughter. The victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she also alleged the same facts that the petitioner alongwith Amresh Kumar kidnapped her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1329 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 love affairs and the victim herself came to his house. The victim stated in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. that the petitioner and Amresh Kumar did not commit any illegal act with her. The father of the victim entered into compromise with the petitioner. It is further submitted that Amresh Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22049 of 2014. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, POSCO Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2012.
