This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 26.11.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah in Criminal Appeal No.82 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 16.10.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Bettiah, West Champaran, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in J.J.B. case No.485 of 2014. Considering the report of the Juvenile Justice Board, Bettiah, West Champaran that the Petitioner had run away from Sadar Hospital, Motihari, I am not inclined to release the petitioner. The application stands rejected.
