JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Sri Shiv Pujan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typing error instead of Section 307 of the I.P.C. it has been typed as Section 327 of the I.P.C. in paragraph no. 1 of the petition. He makes a prayer for allowing him to make correction.
The prayer is allowed.
It may be corrected.
After some argument, Sri Shiv Pujan Singh, learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1071 of 2016 (3) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition so that the petitioners may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
