2. Counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the University stating that all admitted dues have been paid except D.D.A., which has been calculated and shall be paid shortly.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that if D.D.A. has not yet been paid, the same shall be paid to the petitioner latest within four
