The petitioner has prayed for recalculation of municipal tax as per the actual area of his residential house. Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation submits that for the nature of grievance the petitioner should approach the Municipal Commissioner, Biharsharif who would be the appropriate statutory authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order.

In the nature of grievance as taken note of hereinabove the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the Municipal

Patna High Court CWJC No.224 of 2015 (2) dt.12-02-2015 Commissioner, Biharsharif along with the supportive documents and whereupon the Municipal Commissioner shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
