Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the injuries are simple in nature and there is a case and counter case. In fact, the F.I.R. lodged by the wife of the petitioner no.1 is with respect to misbehavior with her and due to which the altercation took place. However, as per the allegation, the petitioners and others have assaulted the informant by fists and slaps and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner no.2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, in the

Case No.151/14, the above named petitioners, Mithilesh Singh alias Pintu Singh @ Pintu and Guddu Singh shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhabua, Kaimur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
