JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To direct the respondents no. 2 to 5 to remove the encroachment from the gairmazarua land of the said village, which has been encroached by Respondents No. 6 to 9.

(ii). And further be pleased to direct the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Mokama, DistrictPatna for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
