This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.01.2023, passed in Cr. Appeal No. 3524 of 2022, by which the appellant was granted bail with one of the conditions that the appellant shall be released "after framing of charge, if not already framed".

In this regard, Ld counsel for appellant submits that the concerned trial court is vacant and there is no progress in the trial. Hence, he is praying for deletion of that condition.

No.14930 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Incharge of the vacant trial court, is directed to proceed in regard to the matter and pass order on framing of charge without unreasonable delay for compliance of the condition stipulated in the order dated 18.01.2023.

The modification application stands disposed of, accordingly.
