The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.270 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 17.06.2023. 4.

The victim girl in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she had eloped with the petitioner and married with him.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Aurangabad, in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.270 of 2023. 7.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Rafiganj Police Station, DistrictAurangabad on first Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
