This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 21.3.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Khagaria in Criminal Appeal No.13 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 19.2.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Khagaria, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. case No.638 of 2014 Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.

The application stands rejected.

The Juvenile Justice Board, Khagaria is directed to conclude the enquiry positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
