JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 533/2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in the F.I.R. is in two parts, in first part it is alleged that petitioner and other accused persons caught hold and assaulted the informant and in the second part, it is alleged that when the informant came to his house, he found his on in injured condition and also saw accused Nitish Kumar fleeing away having pistol in his hand.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though they are named in the F.I.R., no specific allegation has

Having heard both sides, in view of the above submissions, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 533/2018, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
