JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 57.6 liters of country made liquor are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners while they were carrying the aforesaid liquor on a motorcycle. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 07.10.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with case no. 60C 3 of 2015.
