The petitioner in the present case is a juvenile who is seeking to set aside the order dated 02.12.2020 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1-cum-Presiding Officer, Children Court, Begusarai in Criminal Appeal No. 65 of 2020 arising out of J.J.B. Case No. 110 of 2020, by which the learned appellate court was pleased to dismiss the appeal and affirmed the order dated 10.09.2020 passed by the learned
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.193 of 2021(3) dt.12-04-2021 2/3 Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai denying to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 registered under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been declared juvenile as he was found aged about 16 years, one month and 23 days on the alleged date of occurrence.
Learned counsel further submits that it is a case of false implication of the petitioner, he is in custody since 26.02.2020. It is further submitted that save and except the confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no other material against him. At the same time, this Court has been informed that the petitioner is accused in at least six cases which are stated in paragraph '3' of the present application. Learned counsel has informed this Court that keeping in view the best interest of the juvenile, this Court has recently declined to release him on bail in Cr. Revision No. 107 of 2021 and Cr. Revision No. 126 of 2021 with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after six months.
It is submitted that the order has been passed in both the cases on 07.04.2021, therefore, taking a similar view, liberty may also be granted in this case to renew his prayer for bail

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail as according to him, the social investigation report of the petitioner reveals that he is likely to fall in bad company as he is getting involved in more and more number of cases. Considering the best interest of the petitioner, who is a juvenile, this Court is not inclined to release him on bail at this stage. He may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
