The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that Rajesh Dome, Jitendra Dome and the petitioner came to the house of the informant and knocked the door. Rajesh Dome is alleged to have cut both hands of husband of the informant and Jitendra Dome is alleged to have given knife blow in the abdomen of Sikendra Dome, husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1072 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 informant as a result of which Sikandar Dome died. The petitioner is alleged to have accompanied Rajesh Dome and Jitendra Dome.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2014, petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014.
