2. It is not in dispute that the order dated 11.05.2011 passed in CWJC No.3292 of 2002 has been complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the Magadh University informed the Court that yesterday in the petitioner's account Rs.5,88,649/- has been credited.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to either file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University for payment of any statutory interest for delayed payment or to approach before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for payment of interest on delayed payment.
