Ganja are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The quantity of seized Ganja comes under the purview of small quantity. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26-08-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015 arising out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Om Prakash-IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge, Begusarai.
