2. The petitioner has alleged non compliance of the order dated 22.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 19212 of 2013.

3. By the said order, the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua was directed to take a decision with regard to the application of the petitioner which was to be filed by him for issuance of Arms license.

4. Learned counsel for the State drew the attention of the Court to Annexure C of the show cause filed on behalf of the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua dated 04.08.2017 in Arms License Case No. 176/2015-16, by which he has granted such license to the petitioner.

5. Copy of the show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 10.04.2019. There is no rejoinder to the same.
