In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation has been made that from the Bhuskar of Rajiv Rajak, 216 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered and the petitioners were also involved in the business of said liquor. Looking to the quantity of the liquor recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
