Patna High Court MJC No.2230 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 calculation was made with regard to the arrears of salary of the petitioner and it was found that Rs. 2,70,897/- is admissible to the petitioner.

7. That it is humbly stated that the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Sitamarhi vide memo no. 2389 dated 20.9.2018 has directed the Panchayat Secretary for making payment of the due salary and also sent the amount of Rs. 2,70,897/- vide Cheque No. 294115 dated 20.9.2018.
