JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific over act has been attributed against him. There is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injury.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S.case No. 16 of 2015.
