Petitioners seek bail in Barahiya P.S. Case No.111 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 461, 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Nothing incriminating has been recovered. Name of the petitioners has transpired in the instant case on the basis of confessional statement of petitioner No.1 recorded by police in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.195 of 2018.

Petitioners are in custody since 21.09.2018 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14147 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 31.10.2018 respectively.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S.
