In this case, the petitioner has raised the grievance for flouting the order of this Court dated 04.02.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5158 of 2013.

In the show-cause the order containing memo no.231 dated 11.03.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, having been annexed, whereby the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected.
