JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.08.2014 in a case registered under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he was caught with stolen motor cycle. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that no case of theft has been registered in respect of the seized motor cycle moreover, the aforesaid motor cycle has been given to the petitioner by another person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishak Chak
