The petitioner seeks regular bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 838 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 25(1B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended along with other accused persons but from the possession of the petitioner, only three live cartridges and two mobiles were covered. The petitioner is in jail since 29.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about 31⁄2 months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
