====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 31-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners have filed this Civil Misc. petition against the order dated 21.03.2017 passed by the learned SubJudge-I, Samastipur in Title Suit No. 41/10 711/14 by which the petition of the petitioners to bring on record, as evidence, horoscope of Vikrant Sharma has been rejected on the ground that the same has not been filed on affidavit.

After some argument, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.737 of 2017 (2) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a petition before the court below bringing on record the horoscope of Vikrant Sharma on affidavit.

Prayer is allowed.

This Civil Misc. petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file a petition before the court below to bring on record the horoscope of Vikrant Sharma on affidavit and on such the court below shall pass order in accordance with law.
