JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-06-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 24.11.2019 and is a person of clean antecedent, seeks bail in connection with Dhangai Police Station Case No. 22/19, dated 05.09.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR has been registered against unknown with respect to theft of electrical/electronic equipments kept in the school premises for smart classes comprising Samsung LCD TV, Microtech Inverter, Exide Battery etc. The implication of the petitioner in the present case on the basis of his confession and the resultant recovery of a gunny bag in which a damaged LCD TV and Inverter were kept.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10001 of 2020(3) dt.01-06-2020 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 22/19.

The application stands allowed.
