The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.29 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that Prakash Kumar, Ranjeet Kumar, this petitioner and three unknown persons surrounded Mahesh Singh, the brother of the informant, Dinesh Singh. At that time, Prakash Kumar and Ranjeet Kumar shot fire at Mahesh Singh causing injury on his chest, who died later on. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that co-accused, Prakash Kumar and Ranjeet Kumar are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53420 of 2015 (3) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 nephews of the deceased against whom there is allegation of making firing at the deceased. Petitioner is co-villager of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics having good relation with Prakash Kumar and Ranjeet Kumar. While the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific role has been attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 15.06.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Gaya, in connection with Anti P.S. Case No.29 of 2015.
