JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21028 of 2019(3) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 Petitioners 11 in number are made accused in this case along with other accused persons with the allegation of taking arms and started ploughing the land of the informant and further allegation of assault by them. There is specific allegation against Birendra Risideb and there is also allegation against other co-accused of abating the crime.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners and all the injuries are simple in nature, except one injury which has been attributed by Birendra Risideb and there is land dispute between the parties.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
