JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 07-03-2019 This application has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in para 15 of the bail application, period of custody of the petitioner has been mentioned as '07.01.2018' in place of "07.01.2019" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 26.02.2019 by which petitioner has been granted bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No.204 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para 15 of the petition with regard to period of custody of petitioner.

Accordingly, in the 5th paragraph of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11429 of 2019(3) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 26.02.2019, in place of '07.01.2018', it should be read as "07.01.2019".

The order dated 26.02.2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
