Petitioner is accused in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 622 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the confessional statement of the co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
