2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9748 of 2020 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in the present petition, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bailbond.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13211 of 2025(2) dt.16-10-2025 2/2 9748 of 2020 is modified to the above extent.
