The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of the petitioner has been figured in the confessional statement of co-accused persons on the basis of which looted jewellaries are said to have recovered from Maa Devi Jewellers. The petitioner is in jail since 21.05.2014 but he was not put on Test Identification Parade. Nothing has been

It appears that except the confessional statement of co-accused persons, no tangible evidence is collected. The petitioner is in jail custody for eight months. Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
