JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although in the written report it is stated that all the F.I.R named accused including petitioner made indiscriminate firing but in course of investigation, it was found that it was coaccused Tribhuwan Tiwari, who shot fire at the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Jai Narayan Tiwari has already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.Case No. 65 of 2015.
