Petitioner is named in the first information report as well as in the statement of victim recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C but taking into consideration that one co-accused Chhotu Kumar against whom there is allegation that he took the victim to Delhi has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S.case No. 145 of 2015.
