The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 115/2014 arising out of Vijaypur P.S. Case No. 100/12 registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41612/14.

The petitioner is the main assailant. He is alleged to have repeatedly stabbed the brother of the informant, as a result of which, he died.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
