JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 6.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the garage of the petitioner stolen Bolero vehicle was recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that someone brought the Bolero vehicle for getting it repaired and the petitioner was not aware of the vehicle in question being stolen one. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1220 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 satisfaction of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 819 of 2014.
