JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offence under Section 395 of the Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been registered against unknown. He further submits that the petitioner has been remanded in this case after arrest from other case being Gobindganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2015. However, the petitioner was apprehended alongwith the truck on 10.07.2015 at about 3.00 P.M. when the occurrence took place on the same day at about 5.30 A.M.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The same is rejected in connection with Piprakothi
