In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Chandan is the next door shop keeper along with other accused persons have assaulted the informant. The specific allegation has been made against this petitioner to have caused injury on the head of the victim. The injury report also reflects the nature of injury received by the informant.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
