Forty six pouches of country-made liquor of 400 ml are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 29-09-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
