Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 327, 341,354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that in the background of land dispute the accused persons assaulted the husband of the informant with 'lathi' and 'danda' and when the informant came to rescue she was also assaulted by the accused persons. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant has litigating term with the petitioner hence the present case has been instituted and no injury was caused to the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Prakash/- U T
