The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.611 of 2017/Tr. No.4026 of 2018 registered under Sections 323 and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 jointly submits that the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, for mediation and settlement of the dispute, where the matter in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, has been settled and the petitioner and the opposite party
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9189 of 2019(3) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 no.2 are leading their conjugal life. In this regard, the agreement entered into by the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, which is the part of the Mediator's report dated 29.03.2019, is also annexed.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case No.611 of 2017/Tr. No.4026 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
