1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 354, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the IPC in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No.253 of 2023.

3. It is further submitted that the investigation of the case is still going on.

4. The learned APP at the outset submits that the offences for which the instant FIR has been instituted against the petitioner carries punishment of less than seven years, which is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned APP

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14154 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 the anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. The State of Bihar).

6. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police and the Investigating Officer of the case with a copy of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024.

7. It is directed that the concerned Superintendent of Police shall ensure that the Investigating Officer of the case strictly adheres to the direction contained in the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024.
