The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.485 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 307 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the victim causing injury to him. He is in custody since 09.11.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9267 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj / concerned Court below, in connection with Barauli P.S.
