The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hulasganj P. S. Case No. 93 of 2013 registered under Sections 366/366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 which has been incorporated in the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, I, Jehanabad, wherein the victim has categorically alleged that the petitioner abducted and ravished her, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
