2. Petitioner has filed this writ application for the relief that an electric pole has been installed right in front of the house of the petitioner and the wires are touching the house inviting calamity at any time.

3. In this regard, the petitioner had approached the Junior Engineer, South Bihar Power Distribution Company

Patna High Court CWJC No.13186 of 2018 dt.02-08-2018 2/2 Limited vide his notice dated 18.04.2018 and 17.05.2018, but no action has been taken for removal of the said electric pole.

4. This application is disposed off with a direction to the respondent authorities to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
