1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 376, 354B of the IPC in connection with Araria (Mahila) P.S. Case No.60 of 2019.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application. As from perusal of the order impugned, it manifest that there is direct allegation of committing rape against the accused persons and the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. also supported the case of the prosecution and the injury report of the victim also corroborates allegation

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the Court is not inclined to accept the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
