The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of cruelty to the informant due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand by the accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has not been arrested at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9032 of 2019(11) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 spot. He further submits that good sense has been prevailed between the parties and the matter has been compromised and spouse is presently living together.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with LNMU P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2924 of 2018), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
